1. OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of xentaralife.store (the "Site") operated by XENTARA ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent activity

4. PAYMENT

We accept payments via:
• Paystack (credit/debit cards, Instant EFT, SnapScan)
• PayPal

All payments are processed securely. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method submitted.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We fulfill orders via dropshipping through our partner CJ Dropshipping. 

• Processing time: 2-5 business days
• Shipping time: 15-25 business days (international shipping from China to South Africa)
• Total estimated delivery: 17-30 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over R 500.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

6. DROPSHIPPING DISCLAIMER

As a dropshipping business, products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. Product packaging, inserts, and branding may vary. We conduct quality checks through our suppliers but cannot physically inspect every item before shipment.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of XENTARA or our content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XENTARA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
